Peach and apricot purée

Today I propose this peach and apricot purée which is great if mixed with greek yogurt in the morning!

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 ripe peaches

6 ripe apricots

 

METHOD:

  1. Peel and cut both peaches and apricots into 1.5 cm (half-inch).
  2. Steam the fruits and blend them together.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • This purée is suitable for breakfast and it can be mixed with cheese/yogurt/cereals, seeds and nuts for a more balanced and nutritious meal.
  • You can place the purée in an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to three days. Don’t forget to refrigerate freshly cooked baby food within 2 hours as bacteria will start to grow at room temperature after those 2 hours are up.
