 I created this blog out of pure passion for healthy eating in babies and toddlers. The experience of introducing my baby to solid foods made me feel really scared and anxious, so I decided to share my experience with all the mums out there, especially with the first time ones! My goal is to keep you plugged into the importance of offering nutritious and balanced meals to your children and to keep you up with all the new information in order to have healthy, happy kids! I hope that you will find here everything you need related to healthy eating, because I would have liked to be able to find all this helpful information gathered in one place when I started this journey.
